Recently I hosted an engagement party for my son and his fiance at the Waverly Inn. The owners provided a marvelous evening that was hallmarked with fine food, excellent service, and a lovely private room with courtyard. I had to arrange all of this via long distance, and the owners provided constant contact with me so that I could be assured that all details were being taken care of to my satisfaction. Over two weeks have passed since the dinner party, and I am still receiving rave reviews from our guests...I frequently hear that the shrimp looked like small lobsters! This is an excellent establishment...do yourself a favor and book dinner reservations.
